Visitors: In an effort to make every minute of class time productive, we do not allow visitors in any classes or the office. Smoking or chewing gum is not allowed in the studio.

Absentee/Attendance: No refunds or deductions are given for missed classes. After three consecutive absences, the child is dismissed from the class and a reinstatement fee will be applied. Good attendance is essential if your child is to make progress. Students who have perfect attendance will be recognized at the end of the dance year.

Tardiness: Walking in late to class is not only disruptive in the class, but also unfair to your child.

Convention attendance is open to non-competitive students.

Class Placement: The placement of a student is determined by the staff, according to age, experience, ability and maturity.

Bathroom: Parents, please make sure children go to the bathroom prior to taking dance class.

Food/Drinks: No food or drinks. Only water bottles are allowed in class.

Lemoine Academy of Dance will adhere to the SAME HOLIDAY SCHEDULE AS THE Tangipahoa Parish School System.

Inclement Weather Policy: When schools close due to bad weather, we will be closed.

In order to facilitate the school's goal of producing well-rounded, technically able dancers who are capable of performing in a professional capacity, the following disciplinary standards must be followed: |
- Every student is expected to abide by the rules of the studio and to obey all instructions from the teacher.
- Continual disobeying of the rules by a student will result in a parent conference. Should this procedure not correct the problem, the student will be dismissed from the school.
- Keeping the studio's philosophy, every attempt will be made to praise students for their positive behavior.
- All parents and students must abide by L.A.D. rules. Failure to do so will result in dismissal from the school.
- Lemoine Academy of Dance reserves the right to refuse anyone admittance.
